1.改

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.0'
 

这样能把dat放到raw中

2.改权限：

正确： params.type = WindowManager.LayoutParams.TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY;
        }else {
            params.type =  WindowManager.LayoutParams.TYPE_SYSTEM_ALERT;
 

这个能跑，有点慢

这个没跑起来

发现错误:类名多了下划线
