[USE_ERROR]If the value of a command parameter ends with '\"', replace it with '\\"' to avoid parsing errors.

Phase 3 of SMS host migration: creating dedicated target security group via KooCLI VPC CreateSecurityGroup command with description parameter containing spaces

预期行为 (Expected behavior)

KooCLI should correctly parse --security_group.description parameter with spaces, or provide clear documentation on quoting rules for multi-word parameter values
