描述问题 (Description)

The 03_configure.py script in the huawei-cloud-install-openjiuwenswarm skill contains two syntax errors that prevent Phase 3 from executing: (1) A missing 'for script in scripts:' loop statement causes IndentationError at line 26. (2) The variable 'correct_shebang' is used but never defined. Both issues must be fixed for the deployment to succeed.

复现步骤 (To Reproduce)

During one-click JiuwenSwarm installation, after Phase 1 (download) and Phase 2 (extract) completed successfully, Phase 3 (03_configure.py) failed immediately with IndentationError. The agent had to manually patch the script by adding the missing for-loop and correct_shebang variable definition before retrying.

预期行为 (Expected behavior)

The 03_configure.py script should be syntactically valid and execute without errors, properly fixing shebangs, installing global commands, initializing workspace, and configuring .env file.
