问题描述：

使用gradle的时候会使用到gradle plugin，配置华为云镜像仓库的时候就会报错:

看了下镜像源地址，也确实少了gradle plugins

建议方案：

增加gradle plugins的仓库地址: https://plugins.gradle.org/m2/
