第五届信息安全与网络安全国际研讨会 (ISNS 2025) 将于2025年7月18-20日在中国昆明举行。ISNS 2025议题涵盖访问控制，反病毒和反蠕虫，身份验证和授权，主动防御系统，自适应防御系统，安全系统分析、基准，生物特征安全，复杂系统安全等。本届大会将继续遵循学术性、国际性的原则，特邀国内外相关领域内的学者专家前来参会，并做出精彩的报告。

Prof. Zhiquan Liu College of Cyber Security, Jinan University, China Zhiquan Liu is a full professor with the College of Cyber Security, Jinan University. In recent years, Prof. Liu has published more than 80 SCI/EI papers on authoritative journals and conferences, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TITS, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE TVT, IEEE TII, IEEE TCC, IEEE Network, Science China Information Sciences, Information Fusion, Information Sciences, IEEE ICWS, IEEE WCNC, ACISP, and Chinese Computer Journal (including more than 40 papers on CCF-A/JCR-1/TOP journals, 4 best papers on international conferences, and 2 most popular papers on international journals), and has applied for/been authorized more than 100 invention patents and PCT patents. Besides, Prof. Liu has served as the Chair, Program Committee Chair, Publication Chair, Publicity Chair, Finance Chair, Workshop Chair, or Program Committee Member for more than 20 international conferences. Meanwhile, Prof. Liu has served as the editor-in-chief of Advances in Transportation and Logistics, the associate editor of IEEE IOTJ, the academic editor of PLOS ONE, and the guest editors of two international journals, Security and Communication Networks and Electronics, and has served as the reviewers of more than 40 authoritative journals and conferences. Prof. Pascal Lorenz University of Haute-Alsace, France Title: Architectures of Next Generation Wireless Networks
Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at World FIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine since 2015, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020), Financial chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010) and Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017), Chair of IEEE/ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Finance Committee (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Conference Coordination Committee (2023). He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, Executive Vice-Chair of ICC'2017, TPC Vice Chair of Globecom'2018, Panel sessions co-chair for Globecom'16, tutorial chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, track chair of PIMRC'2012 and WCNC'2014, symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2007-2011, Globecom'2019, ICC 2008-2010, ICC'2014 and '2016. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS. He is associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS-Wiley), Journal on Security and Communication Networks (SCN-Wiley) and International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA-Elsevier). He is senior member of the IEEE, IARIA fellow and member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions and gave tutorials at major international conferences. He was IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer Tour during 2013-2014. |

Dr. Sarah Benziane University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed Boudiaf (USTO-MB), Algeria Title: Advancing Security: Innovations in Biometrics and AI for Network Protection Dr. Sarah Benziane is a distinguished computer science researcher and teacher at the University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed Boudiaf (USTO-MB), specializing in biometrics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on pattern recognition and AI, she has contributed extensively to innovative fields such as vein biometric recognition, hybrid image denoising, and sustainable technologies. Dr. Benziane has authored numerous publications, supervised impactful research projects, and participated in organizing prestigious conferences like the International Conference on Embedded and Distributed Systems (EDiS). Her work bridges cutting-edge research and practical applications, advancing security systems, AI solutions, and sustainable innovations. |
