[IOT]Ethernet card Usage Guide
Step 1: Set the card connect-type ethernet.
FIT ap:
Configure the AP to go online on the AC ,set the card connect-type ethernet.
Cloud ap:
After a cloud AP goes online on iMaster NCE, you can set the connection mode to network port on the cloud controller. Configuration > Site Configuration > AP > IoT.
Independent deployment of the Cloud AP:
A cloud AP cannot go online on the Agile Controller-Campus and needs to be locally configured. Log in to the cloud AP using SSH.
>Sys
>Wlan
>ap-id 0
>card 1
>card connect-type Ethernet
Step 2: Query the information reported by the card.
Log in to the cloud AP and run the "display iot-card all" command in the diagnostic view to query the information reported by the card.
If the query result is as shown in the preceding figure, the card does not support the reporting of the card's IP address, MAC address, frequency band, and server address. To obtain the card's IP address, perform Step 3 and Step 4.
Step 3: Query the MAC address of the card.
Run the "display mac-address" command on the AP. The command output shows that the MAC address of Eth0/0/0 is the MAC address of the card.
Step 4: Query the IP address of the card.
In step 1, no wired port profile is configured. The IP address obtained by DHCP is in the same network segment as the IP address of the AP. You can query the IP address allocated to the card based on the MAC address in the address pool of the AP.
Step 5: Ping card IP address.
Ping the card IP address.
Run the display arp all command on the AP. The command output shows that the ARP entry corresponding to the IP address is eth0/0/0.
