I have been a programmer for several years.Many programmers like me are already thinking about changing careers.In the age group,most of them get married and have babies.They think they are not young any more,and be unable to deal with heavy development tasks.They don’t think they have the energy to stay up and work overtime as young people do.Is it real?I don’t think so.Answer is often not easy to get.

They just have developed for several years and not skilled yet in this field.If they don’t keep studying,where does competitiveness come from.When I encourage them to study,they said that they can’t remember well as young people do.What the hell ! There is always a reason not to act.That is why they are doomed to fail.

The truth is that they don’t like challenges and changes.So that they are less competitive.Come on! You are not old.You just have something wrong with your attitude about life.Be proactive.There is a lot of room to improve your skills.

If you change your career because of the change of your interest,I have nothing to say.But If it is because of this that change your career,so you are pathetic.
