That is a gentle saying.They just want to fire you.What if it happens to us,what we should do.Losing jobs are much more than the way we make it living.We will face the following loss:
1)Loss of our professional identity
2)Loss of our self-esteem and confidence
3)Loss of work-based social network
4)Loss of our daily routine
5)Loss of our sense of security
6)Loss of purposeful activity
That is why losing jobs are the most emotional experience.Many people feel hurt.Our jobs give us structure,purpose and meaning.Losing jobs are the most of stressful things we can experience.

What can we do to help us get back on a job.How about this?
No.1:Face your feelings
You should accept the situation in which you are unmployment.
I know you maybe feel fear,anxious,depressed.But this will make it harder to get back on a job market.Acknowledging your feelings and challenging your negative thoughts will help you deal with the loss and move on.You can writing down your feelings about unemployment as honest as you can in a journal.You can try to express everything you feel about being laid off.

No.2:Reach out
Be proactive,Don’t be embarrassed that let people around you know that you lost your job and are looking for another job now,.
Don’t underestimate the importance of other people around you.Maybe they can introduce you a new job.Taking action will help you feel more in control of your situation.And you never know what opportunities will arise.

Losing jobs are not just your own business.Because it will affect your whole family so that you should tell them the truth. They can adjust their plan according the situation.If you don’t do that,it will trouble you.
Let them know,They will give you support.

No.4:Take care of yourself
Don’t forget to take care of yourself.Don’t let your job search consume you.Make time for fun,rest and relaxation.Your job search will be more effective if you are mentally ,emotionally,and physically at your best.

No.5:Stay positive
Keeping a regular daily routine will help you.Treat your job search as a regular job,with a daily “start” and “end”.Following a set of schedule will help you be more efficient and productive while you’re unemployed.
Listing your positives you thought about yourself,including personality traits,accomplishments and successes will remind yourself of your strengths.
Focus on the things you can control.Don’t bother the things which are out of your control.For example rather than wasting your precious energy on things that are out of your control,you should pay your attention to things your can control during your unemployment.
