Keep A Simple Diet
“You are what you eat."This is a western proverb.It is the notion(观念) that to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food.Essentially,this proverb means that the foods and drinks you put in your mouth have a direct effect on your health and well-being.I agree with that.Health comes from eating.What we eat will become parts of us.What we eat will affect not only our health but mood.I guess that most of us believe that what we eat is not a rocket science.It doesn’t matter what you eat when you are young.When you are old,you should pay attention to your food.
I haven’t been on a diet.But because of the pandemic,I exercise outside less.So I got a bit more weight.I don’t overeat.I suggest that everyone should watch we eat.Because there are still many food safety issues.I believe that no one want to put unhealthy food in his/her mouth.
Nearly everyone has the desire to be more healthier.It is no secret that one of the principal elements to this is how you eat.Eat better,and you’ll feel better,and you will perform better at work.Perform better at work,and you’ll succeed more.One of the biggest problems that comes when someone is trying to eat healthier is that they think doing it is too complicated,but always remember that the key is to keep it simple.You don’t need to spend tons of money buying special ingredients and following a complicated recipe to make a dish.
You know what,my favorite beverage is water.I believe that it can clean my body from the top to the bottom.Don’t forget to take in whole grains,fruits,lean proteins and vegetables daily.Maintaining a healthy diet is paramount to improve your performance.
Always remember that your daily food intake can have a positive or negative role on how you perform.The right food can make you feel better and be more productive at work.
