It is important for parents to establish an exercise routine for their children.Why?Because exercises can help children build healthy bodies.It also prevents diseases like diabetes and obesity and easily improve their mental and physical well-being.
We can get our children into the habit of swimming,running,and cycling.These activities help build and develop muscle strength.Children should warm-up exercises first.This will loosen their muscles and increase blood flow.They are reducing the risk of getting hurt when doing exercises.From my opinion,exercises also help children to became agile.
Except the sports mentioned above,I guess playing basketball ,badminton,and table tennis are popular with children.Physical activities reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.When people participate in physical activities,a chemical called serotonin is released.It’s responsible for reducing feelings of depression.Exercises also promote children to control their mood,resulting in good behavior.Fun,physical and interactive activities with friends and family give children a sense of accomplishment.I believe that family game helps family members work on their relationships and enhance communication with one another.
Now you are aware of the mental well-being and physical benefits that exercises have for children.Don’t forget to encourage your children doing more exercises.Nine-tenth of education is encouragement.
