R语言绘制线型和点
为图形上的点加红颜色,并设置点的尺寸为3,alpha=0.6

笔者在原著基础上给线条加上了颜色为黄绿色和给点设置了尺寸为5与颜色为青色,效果如下:

将点的颜色设置为supp
ggplot(tg, aes(x=dose, y=length, fill=supp)) + geom_line() +
geom_point(size=4, shape=21,color=supp) # Also use a point with a color fill

在geom_line中设置线型和颜色,并在geom_point设置点颜色为蓝色,效果如下:
ggplot(tg, aes(x=dose, y=length, fill=supp)) + geom_line(linetype="dashed", size=1, colour="cyan") +
geom_point(size=4, shape=21,color='blue') # Also use a point with a color fill
